CCCI, Cebu City Government successfully conducts 2nd face-to-face BBEMP Mentoring Session

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), in partnership with the Cebu City Government, successfully conducted the Basic Modules on Entrepreneurial Mind-setting and Values Formation and Business Model Canvas for the second batch of blended classes for the Barangay-Based Entrepreneurial Mentoring Program (BBEMP) on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Golden Prince Hotel and Suites.

Module 1 class on Entrepreneurial Mind-setting and Values Formation was done in the morning and Module 2 class on Business Model Canvas was done in the afternoon. The participants were inspired by the presence of and messages that CCCI President Mr. Felix Taguiam and CCCI Immediate Past President and BBEMP Champion Mr. Virgilio “Nonoy” Espeleta.


50 Mentees participated in the classes (35 on-site and 15 online). The mentor for Module 1 was CCCI Board Secretary and owner of A.T.E Clothier, Ms. Ma. Aleta “Tatah” Dela Calzada. The mentor for Module 2 was the Program Director of MTBA EntrepMentor Center, Mr. Marcelius Thomas Aleguiojo, Jr.


The program implementers ensured that COVID 19 health protocols were followed by all participants and the organizers.


Succeeding classes for Module 3 on Marketing, Module 4 on Methods/Operations Management and Module 5 on Money/Financial Management will conduct every Thursday until November 25, 2021, also in blended class format.
