CCCI collaborates with CONPC for Enterprise of the Day project

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) partners with the Cebu Online News Press Corp (CONPC) for its Enterprise of the Day project.

“The partnership agreement between CCCI and CONPC signifies our commitment with to embrace digitalization and utilize online e-news platform to promote our members and the Chamber’s interest,” said Mr. Benny Que, Cebu Chamber vice president for business development during the CCCI Meet & Greet with CONPC.

With the implementation of the project, CONPC members will serve as a vital platform in promoting the benefits of the Chamber membership as well as market its activities, Mr. Que said.

The project has been a long-time dream of the newly installed CCCI executive director, Ms. Joy Lorena Segismar. Initially, the project aims to promote member companies by featuring them on the newspapers and help them reach their target market.

“With the advent of digital technology, we realize a more relevant and up-to-the-minute way of promoting through social media platforms,” CCCI manager for chamber growth Ms. Ma. Rose Paglinawan pointed out. “Through our collaboration with CONPC, our members will have access to a larger audience, potentially reaching more potential customers or clients.”

Ms. Segismar also urged CONPC members to cover other Cebu Chamber activities including the training programs and the Cebu Investment Center.

One of the chamber's ongoing project is the Training Induction Program (TIP) of the Motorcycle Small Engine NC II training held last March 14, 2023 at the College of Technological Services (CTS) in Cebu City.

The training program is one of the series of training programs of the Cebu Investment Development Concierge Center (CIDCC) Project in partnership with the Cebu City government, through the College of Technological Sciences with program director Dean Cendryle Molina and CTS Tech/Voc director Danilo Colipano.

Aimed at enabling participants to gain valuable experience and expertise in small engine repair and maintenance thereby quipping them with the necessary skills to employability and entrepreneurial potentials, the Motorcycle Small Engine NC II Training is expected to run from March 14 to May 5.
