Cebu Online News Press Corps Signs MOA with ICanServe Foundation, Inc. for Pink October Awareness Campaign

The Cebu Online News Press Corps (CONPC), headed by its Founder Robby Alugar, has officially partnered with ICanServe Foundation, Inc. to strengthen breast cancer awareness initiatives this October through a signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The ceremonial signing took place on October 6, 2025, at NUSTAR Resort Cebu, witnessed by CONPC members. The MOA was signed alongside ICanServe Foundation’s Public Information Officer, Ms. Ron Bernabe, and Assistant Cebu Coordinator, Ms. Nelia Flores Navarro.

The partnership aims to amplify the foundation’s breast cancer awareness campaign by providing comprehensive media coverage of its Pink October activities in Cebu. The collaboration underscores the shared commitment of both organizations to promote early detection and provide vital information that can help save lives.

ICanServe Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing breast cancer awareness, early detection programs, and support for survivors and their families. The foundation actively works with communities to educate women about breast health and encourage life-saving screenings.
