𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙤𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝, 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙖𝙣𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣

Cebu homegrown real estate developer,  Duros Land Properties, is firmly dropping an anchor in Northern Cebu by opening a satellite office in the town of Daanbantayan.

Located in CPG Bldg, Osmen̈a St,  Poblacion, Daanbantayan, the  new office will cater to the inquiries of buyers and sellers for its upcoming projects in the area. 

First in the pipeline is The Mentigi Point,  a 20-hectare masterplanned beachfront development in Barangay Agujo, Daanbantayan.

Rafaelito Barino, the visionary chairman of Duros Group led the ceremonial ribbon cutting, together with Duros Land Vice President, Rhea Mantuhac Andales, Head of Sales and Marketing, Allan Benito Ballesteros and Marketing Manager, Cheyenne Kate Mantuhac. Rev Fr. Gilbert Ytang officiated the blessing of the office. 

Mr Barino expresses his intention to replicate what Duros has accomplished in Liloan. "As a leisure oriented developer,   we will be offering the signature quality houses that Duros Land is known for as well as residential lots, residential- resort condominiums, a hotel and a convention center. 

Mr. Ballesteros, meanwhile, shares his optimism for northern Cebu market, "There is no doubt about it, this quad corridor of Bogo City, San Remigio, Medellin and Daanbantayan, (BOSAMEDA) is the next boomtown in Cebu, with its upcoming airport,  urban core and exciting tourist destinations"
