SM Skating officially reopens its doors on April 10, 2026, inviting guests to step back onto the ice and rediscover the joy of skating with upgraded features that deliver a smoother and more seamless glide. Just in time for the season, the refreshed rink welcomes families, friends, and skating enthusiasts to enjoy a more comfortable and engaging environment at SM Seaside City Cebu.

The reopening was marked by an exclusive content creators’ party on April 10, where invited media and digital personalities were given a first look at the enhanced rink. Guests enjoyed an exclusive preview, stepping onto the newly improved ice to experience the upgrades firsthand while capturing and sharing their moments, adding to the vibrant and celebratory opening day energy. Elevating the experience further was a high-energy Disco on Ice performance that transformed the rink into a lively spectacle, setting the tone for a dynamic reopening. The excitement continues through April 11 and 12 with more on-ice performances, offering guests more reasons to return and experience the rink in action.

The newly improved rink features upgraded ice quality and an enhanced overall setup, thoughtfully designed to provide a smoother and more seamless glide for both beginners and seasoned skaters.

Complementing the reopening is a special offering of free 30-minute ice skating lessons available from April 10 to 12 at scheduled times throughout the day, giving guests of all ages the opportunity to learn, try, or refine their skills as part of the reopening celebration.

Guests can also enjoy flexible skating options with weekday rates at P330 for a two-hour pass and P510 for a day pass from Monday to Friday, while weekend rates are set at P375 for a two-hour pass and P660 for a day pass on Saturdays and Sundays.
