The Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) elected the other half of its Board of Trustees last March 11, 2022, during its General Membership Meeting and Elections.
The newly elected board members are Marvey Alcantara, Multimax Foam Industries Corporation (URATEX) General Manager; Margo Frasco, MDF Productions Inc. Creative Director; Samuel Lao, Realty Options Marketing & Consultancy Inc. President/CEO; and Walter Ong, Worldwide Steel Corporation VP Corporate Management and Development Services.
Amado Go, Cenapro Chemical Corporation President; Kelie Ko, KGK Management Inc. General Manager; Edgar Allan Po, Winner Plastic Product Corp. Assistant Manager; and Mark Anthony Ynoc, San Remigio Properties General Manager, were reelected.
The eight elected members will be joining the incumbent board consisting of MCCI Out-going President Steven Yu, Alliance Pacific Resources Corp. Chairman and CEO; Michelle Co-Lin, CTBC Bank RBG Vismin-Business Center Head; Barbara Gothong-Tan, A.D. Gothong Manufacturing Corp. President/CEO; Beverly Dayanan, Contempo Property Holdings Inc. President/COO; Calvin Gothong, Carlos A. Gothong Lines Inc. President/COO; Adrian Lee, Ngohiong Express Proprietor; and John King, King’s Quality Food Inc. Managing Director.
During the said General Assembly, President Steven Yu also delivered his President’s Report for 2021, enumerating all the Chamber’s activities, partnerships, and efforts that have strengthened its relevance in the community during the pandemic.
“True to being the Most Outstanding Chamber, we remain committed to serving the interest of the business community and the general public for the betterment of our city, our economy, and our country,” President Yu remarked. “While we continue to overcome challenges from the pandemic, we also continue to look forward to a brighter tomorrow filled with hope and purpose.”
