MCCI to promote health and wellness through #CebuWellnessRevo

As part of the Mandaue Business Month (MBM) 2021 celebration, MCCI is organizing a four-week online wellness challenge dubbed as the Cebu Wellness Revolution to promote good health and holistic wellness by encouraging a habit of living a healthy lifestyle. Through this health revolution, Cebuanos will be able to recognize the importance of exercise and healthy living specially to combat COVID.

This event is chaired by Purple Chalk Philippines Managing Director Mae Anne Yee and co-chaired by San Miguel Brewery Communication Officer Girlie Garces.

The four-week challenge will include different activities such as exercises, healthy food preparation, workshops as well as wellness, and other informative talks on alternative medicines and practices that could help alleviate physical, mental, and even spiritual conditions of an individual.

Challengers may participate individually or as a group of up to five members so long as all safety precautions and COVID health standard protocols are observed.

To qualify, the challengers must like and follow Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Cebu Wellness Revolution on Facebook where one video challenge per week will be posted. Challengers must take a video of themselves showing that they are executing the challenge of the week and post their video on their Facebook wall using the hashtags #CebuWellnessRevo and #Week number (e,g, #Week1, #Week2, etc.). Videos must be public to be evaluated. Challengers must also tag three other individuals per video to do the challenge.

Winners will be announced every week on the Facebook pages of MCCI and Cebu Wellness Revolution.

At the end of the 30 days, all completers are encouraged to post a testimonial video of how the challenge has impacted their health. MCCI will choose the top three best testimonial videos who will be receiving grand and exciting prizes.
