As it marked its 5th-anniversary last month, Mezzo Hotel is now preparing to welcome more guests with the lifting of many restrictions, just like the rest of hotel sector in Cebu.
“Tourism is the main driver of the hospitality industry. Loosening of restrictions means more movement and travel is expected. With more direct flights to Cebu, the hospitality sector can benefit from this through increased occupancy,” says Ms. Shannen Tan, Mezzo Hotel president.
While Mezzo Hotel caters mostly local guests, such as corporate, government, and social account, Ms. Tan notes that they are “hopeful (that) towards the second half of the year, more foreign guests will fly in for leisure and business.”
To increase its occupancy, the hotel recently launched an incentive program for their partners.
“We are positive it can drive loyalty and strengthen our relationship,” she added. “We continue to sustain and grow our strategic partnerships with local and international organizations we can mutually benefit from.”
The hotel has spacious rooms and a wide array of delectable cuisines. The hotel also provides genuine service, with the end-goal of making the experience of our guests memorable.
Mezzo Hotel also has a “book direct promo” for their rooms at only P1,500 room only. This can be availed by visiting its website: www.mezzohotel.com.
The hotel also gives back to the community. It has partnered with Barangay Mabolo for one year to provide relevant trainings to make the constituents more competitive in terms of employment and entrepreneurship.
Guests are also assured of safety protocols that are implemented by the hotel. Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected while misting and cleaning are conducted regularly in the guest rooms and in other areas. These are among the hotel’s safety measures.
The hotel is strategically located near Cebu City’s business district, shopping malls and tourist attractions. It has 151 guest rooms, 35 serviced units, function rooms that could seat up to 1,000 guests. #
