RAFI Microfinance introduces its Model Branches as part of its commitment to improving the look, feel, and experience for both staff and the microentrepreneurs it serves.

RAFI Microfinance partnered with the University of San Carlos – Institute for Planning and Design within the School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Design (SAFAD) to ensure that the Model Branches were thoughtfully designed with social purpose and creative excellence.

The design adopts a color centric strategy, using palettes that reflect the RAFI MFI’s branding, while emphasizing openness, warmth and functionality. The design aims to create a conducive workspace for staff and to make clients feel respected, empowered and supported. The upgraded spaces are equipped to better integrate digital systems to enable faster, more accessible, and more reliable transactions for clients.

The pilot Model Branches was launched in Argao, Sibonga, and Danao in Cebu Province. These branches will soon serve as the standard across RAFI MFI locations as the organization continues to refine its design standard to ensure long-term sustainability.

This year, RAFI Microfinance is expanding to 445 branches nationwide, strengthening its mission to elevate the lives of microentrepreneurs and their families.
