SM J Mall invites families, educators, and advocacy groups to take part in a meaningful day of awareness and creativity as it stages autism-focused activities on January 25, 2026, in partnership with the Mandaue Persons with Disability Office (PDAO).

Designed for children on the autism spectrum and their support communities, the activities offer a safe, engaging environment that promotes inclusion through movement and artistic expression.

The program kicks off with “Stride with Purpose: A Walk for Autism” at 2:00 PM at The Atrium, Upper Ground, where participants will join a guided walk around the mall to help raise public awareness and celebrate the strength of the autism community.

At 3:00 PM, spectators may proceed to Kyurēto Art Space on the Second Level for “Gentle Strokes,” a calming painting workshop led by Cebu Artists Inc. mentors Michael Dondoyano, Lida Maria Aguilar, and Sonia Yrastorza. The session aims to nurture self-expression and confidence among young participants while giving families a chance to connect and share experiences.

SM J Mall encourages the public to join the walk, observe the workshops, and show their support for autism awareness on January 25, 2026.

Be part of this meaningful advocacy and maximize the experience at your most-loved SM J Mall—where communities come together through shared passions, personalized moments, and purposeful events.
