The hotel has a meeting room and the restaurant can also be used for special events.

STACIA and Estiatorio are Greek words. STACIA means “One Who Will Rise Again”. Estiatorio means “Restaurant”.

The Head Chef of Estiatorio, Jada Maranga said, their staff was trained by a French Chef especially hired by the owners to create a special menu to satisfy the diners and to give excellent qualities of food.

Chef Jada made her own sauces from scratch for Filipino favorites such as Kare-Kare, and to some other main course. Estiatorio serves mouthwatering dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
