The partnership brings together Tuburan Coffee's premium, organically grown beans from the highlands of Tuburan with local delicacies. Each pairing is designed to complement the coffee's unique aroma and flavor, creating an elevated dining experience at our Cafe Mezzo.

In celebration of Philippine’s “Buwan ng Kasaysayan”, our menu features three exclusive coffee pairing sets. Each curated pairing tells a unique story of culinary heritage and artistry, honoring Cebu’s rich culture and identity 

The Heritage Set spotlights classic Filipino favorites with Bibingka Espesyal, a soft rice cake topped with creamy goat cheese, and  Suman Malagkit, a classic sticky rice delicacy.   

For those craving some buttery goodness and delicate sweetness, the Ilustrado Pairing brings together Harianong Ube, a royal ube ensaymada, and the Galleon Roll, a Spanish bread. 

Completing the lineup is the Maharlika Experience, which features the Otap de Arcipielago, a crisp otap drizzled with jackfruit glaze, and Maruya sa Tsokolate, golden banana fritters served with a rich hot chocolate dip.
