Rose Pharmacy's 2026 Cancer Warrior Run Draws Record 5,900+ Participants, Marks Seven Years of Hope and ₱1 Million Donation to Cancer Warrior Foundation

The spirit of hope, resilience, and community was on full display as more than 5,900 participants gathered at Gatewalk Central, Ayala Center Cebu for the 2026 Cancer Warrior Run, marking the event's highest participation turnout to date.

This year's run also celebrated a significant milestone—seven years of partnership between Rose Pharmacy and the Cancer Warrior Foundation, a collaboration dedicated to supporting children and families affected by cancer.

In line with its continued commitment to the cause, Rose Pharmacy donated ₱1 million to the Cancer Warriors Foundation, helping strengthen programs that bring support, care, and hope to children, families, and warriors across the country.

"Every registration, every sponsorship, every donation, and every kilometer run today helps improve the lives of children battling cancer," said Mr. Michael So, General Manager of Rose Pharmacy. "Reaching our highest-ever participation of over 5,900 runners and celebrating seven years of partnership with the Cancer Warrior Foundation reflects the tremendous support and shared purpose of our community."

The event brought together runners of all ages and backgrounds, including survivors, families, and advocates, to celebrate resilience, promote wellness, and strengthen a community built on support and solidarity.

Ms. Auste also expressed her gratitude for the Foundation's longstanding partnership with Rose Pharmacy and the unwavering support of its customers. She noted that the ₱1 million contribution will help sustain initiatives that provide assistance, education, hope, and encouragement to cancer warriors and their families.

As participants crossed the finish line, they carried with them a powerful message: every step taken is a step toward hope, healing, and a brighter future for children battling cancer.

The 2026 Cancer Warrior Run continues to champion the advocacy of empowering young cancer warriors and rallying communities to stand behind them through the campaign #HeROSEforHOPE.
