SM City Cebu Brings Holiday Magic with A Celestial Christmas

Christmas magic comes to life at SM City Cebu with A Celestial Christmas, this year’s Christmas centerpiece inspired by the wonders of the cosmos. Through its cosmic-inspired display and lineup of holiday experiences, SM City Cebu invites families and friends to celebrate and max out the season and create meaningful memories at their most-loved mall.

The centerpiece features a magnificent 30-foot Christmas tree adorned with shimmering, crystal-inspired ornaments that evoke the beauty of the night sky. Complemented by luminous crescent moons and celestial accents in shades of blue and teal, the display creates a striking visual interpretation of this year’s theme, offering guests a festive backdrop for holiday photos and gatherings.

A highlight of the launch is a fashion showcase featuring 12 avant-garde creations by emerging Cebuano fashion designer John Luman-ag. Inspired by the Twelve Zodiacs, the collection interprets the celestial theme through distinctive designs, highlighting Cebuano talent and artistry.

The holiday lineup offers experiences for guests of all ages. The Holiday Characters Meet & Greet takes place every Saturday and Sunday from November 7 to December 25, giving families opportunities to meet their favorite holiday characters. Throughout the season, guests can also enjoy musical performances by local choral groups and orchestral talents, adding to the festive atmosphere. The celebrations culminate in the Grand Christmas Parade on December 20, bringing families and friends together for a lively holiday spectacle.

Shoppers can also explore the Holiday Bazaar at the Upper Ground, Main Mall, until December 31 for seasonal finds and gift ideas. Meanwhile, SM City Cebu continues its commitment to sharing the joy of Christmas through Besties of Joy, the annual charity initiative of SM Supermalls and SM Cares. The initiative features four lovable animal plushies, Sera, Sasha, Maki, and Matty, through a Buy 1, Donate 1 offer. For ₱380, shoppers can purchase one plushie and donate another to a child in need. Available at the Lower Ground, Main Mall, this year’s initiative supports Children’s Haven Orphanage, SM City Cebu’s chosen beneficiary.

This Christmas, SM City Cebu invites everyone to discover the magic of the season, share in its festive experiences, and create meaningful memories where dreams shimmer beneath the stars with A Celestial Christmas.
