CEBU CITY, PHILIPPINES — For ten years, Something Blu has been celebrating love stories and the beautiful, memorable moments that come with them. This year, as the annual bridal fair marks its 10th anniversary, Radisson Blu Cebu is making the milestone even more meaningful by giving back to the community and helping one deserving couple celebrate the love they have built together.
THE STORY BEHIND SOMETHING BLU
Something Blu traces its roots to a 2013 pre-launch, paving the way for what has since grown into one of Cebu’s most anticipated wedding events. Over the years, Radisson Blu Cebu has hosted more than 1,400 weddings, creating countless moments for couples and their families as they begin a new chapter together.
The annual bridal fair was temporarily paused from 2020 to 2022 during the pandemic, before returning in 2023 with renewed momentum. Since its return, Something Blu has continued to grow each year, bringing together an expanding community of couples, wedding suppliers, event professionals, and industry partners.
Now, its 10th edition marks another milestone in the story of Something Blu. Returning to its spirit of growth and celebration, this year’s two-day event will open its doors to couples, exhibitors, and media on October 10–11, 2026, at the Santa Maria Grand Ballroom of Radisson Blu Cebu.
The milestone edition looks back on a decade shaped by love stories while looking ahead to the many more celebrations still to come.
YOUR WEDDING ON US
Through “Your Wedding on Us,” Something Blu invites the community to nominate a couple whose love story deserves to be heard.
The initiative is dedicated to a couple whose love is strong, but whose resources may not be enough to make their dream wedding celebration possible. It seeks stories of couples who have overcome challenges together, made sacrifices for one another, remained steadfast through difficult moments, and continued to choose each other along the way.
What makes their journey extraordinary? What have they overcome or sacrificed together? What have they stood by each other through? And what makes their love unforgettable?
These are the stories Something Blu hopes to discover as it celebrates ten years of love stories. Nominations are open from September 11 to 30, 2026. Those who know a deserving couple may submit a love story, together with a photo if available, to events.cebu@radisson.com. One winning couple will receive a wedding dinner reception hosted by Radisson Blu Cebu, together with wedding essentials generously made possible by its participating sponsors and wedding suppliers.
Nine other finalists will also receive accommodation and dining vouchers.
The winning couple will be announced live on October 10, 2026, during the opening of the Something Blu Bridal Fair, setting the stage for a two-day celebration of weddings, love stories, and the people who bring these celebrations to life.

SOMETHING BLU 10TH ANNIVERSARY EXCLUSIVE WEDDING FAIR RATES
Designed for couples ready to turn their wedding plans into reality, the exclusive package includes a special buffet menu prepared by Radisson Blu Cebu’s award-winning culinary team, one round of soda or iced tea, coffee and tea upon request, two pass-around canapés and welcome drinks during cocktails, a complimentary overnight stay in a Suite with Harbor View, use of an 18-seater coaster for up to three hours, a dedicated holding area for the couple and entourage, and a complimentary wedding rehearsal and pre-nuptial venue.
Adding an extra touch to the anniversary celebration, the first 10 sign-ups will receive either The Blu Cup for 50 cups or Blu Gelato for 25 scoops.
The offer is available for bookings made exclusively on October 10–11, 2026, requires a minimum of 50 guests, and a deposit of at least ₱60,000 to secure the booking. The event may be held until December 30, 2027.

For couples and families marking important chapters beyond the wedding day, Something Blu also presents “Milestones at The Blu,” an exclusive anniversary fair offer designed for milestone celebrations.
The package includes a special buffet menu prepared by Radisson Blu Cebu’s award-winning culinary team, one round of soda or iced tea, coffee and tea upon request during the event, welcome drinks, a dedicated holding room, and an overnight stay in a Superior Room with breakfast for two.
Like the wedding offer, Milestones at The Blu is available exclusively for bookings made on October 10–11, 2026, with a minimum of 50 guests and a required deposit of at least ₱60,000 to secure the booking.
